EVENTS: Over the years we have been allowed the priveledge of photographing events for people from all walks of life. Maybe all our photographs are events and even a passport marks a moment in time. Group portraits remain with families for years, we hope, and new technology means that there is less chance of the photo fading.

Private Anniversaries and Birthdays: Golden Weddings and One Silver Wedding and a few others, from newly born and one year old to over ninety.
Occasionally we travel to Wick, Thurso or the West coast or other Highland towns and have a portrait shoot for anyone who cares to come along. When we have time we have attended Kart Racing (a favourite for us), Moto Cross and other motor sport and theme day events.
Weddings are special events and a couple are noted here:
One wedding in the Carribean and many in Inverness and the Highlands including one in Fort George.
A wedding in Inverness with the groom, the bride and only two guests. (the smallest ever, but a wonderful private wedding).
A wedding with 250 guests and many other lovely weddings with numbers in between four and two hundred and fifty.
Weddings with different nationalities and cultures living locally. (eg a Roman Catholic and a Muslim - cupid intervened)
We have sometimes been asked to attend funerals. More than one in Inverness Cathedral, and one for a well know Highland Traveller whose family provided a glass coach and horses. Small family affairs often at the grave are mainly requested. There are regular requests to restore old photos and many times we also alter photos taken of both people and places. Ask to see some if you want!
The principal photographer has intended to do a photobook of 100 Highland residents but never has time. That would be a big event, but we have series of photos sold to retail outlets of town churches or special places, but time limits much work on this, but we keep trying. If you have a special photo your require of the Highlands please tell us. We would love to help.

We do not normally charge for attending an event, only for purchases, and we are interested in helping any charity which may require a photographer this year.
