BOOKING DETAILS
CONSULTATIONS:
Are available by appointment only and usually once we have spoken on the telephone and discussed your wedding dates. A pre-wedding photo shoot can usually be included at the time of a consultation. Our policy is: The booking is confirmed only once a deposit is paid. Availability is limited at some times during the wedding season and we advise booking as early as possible. Our company reserves the right to refuse service without reason prior to a contract being signed and a deposit paid.
DEPOSITS & RESERVING YOUR DATE
To reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit is due upon booking in order to hold your date. Your deposit is applied to your total balance. When the deposit has been paid and the bride/groom and photographer have all signed the contract, your wedding date will be reserved!
PAYMENT
The remaining balance will need to be paid prior to your wedding. Payments toward this balance are accepted and welcome at any time.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Cash, cheque or card is accepted for all services and products. Please inquire if you prefer to use a credit card. For Online sales we accept Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Card.
SALES TAX
VAT where applicable has already been included in all pricing.
